Shipping and Returns

Turnaround

All orders placed and paid for before 12pm Monday-Friday are shipped same day. This excludes public holidays. This turnaround time is not guaranteed, particularly on larger orders. If you have any questions regarding stock and availability, please contact us.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping cost is £9.48 inc. VAT for up 20kg. Orders over 20kg will be contacted by our logistics department within one working day.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Refunds & Returns

All products sold on Savertek web shop are bound by the The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000. Should you have any reason to return a product please contact us prior to returning the items for a returns number.
